Third baseman Morgan Ensberg, shortstop Adam Everett and outfielder Jason Lane agreed Thursday to one-year contract with the Houston Astros. All three players had filed for salary arbitration. Ensberg hit .235 with 23 home runs and 58 RBIs in 127 games last year. The 31-year-old agreed to a deal for $4.35 million.
